Individual training - by Training Manager       Internet Registry Policy Requests (ISP, Second Opinion, AS) APNIC Database In-addr.arpa Delegation Ipv6 Overview Advance ISP Address request q Very effective for building fundamental HM knowledge base q Excellent quality Week 2.5-5  Hands-on and consultation - by Senior IRAs Started from second-opinion, ASN, then ISP requests.  Feedbacks obtained from experienced IRAs q Very useful as I got different valuable inputs and opinions which broadened my knowledge q Had no opportunity to deal with NIR request <- Time constraint   Assistance from Hms from time to time - by all hostmasters  Instant solution to my questions and problem on member requests Workload  Week 2.5-3: Slightly too light   Week 4: A little heavy   more and harder requests to deal with Week 5: No much work  q simple 2nd opinion and AS requests finishing up ongoing requests Probably can be more balanced <- Time constraint Suggestions  Training materials   Longer training period   Better longer than 5 weeks Consistency of Documentations   Could be provided earlier New form and old form More stable network  Due to server upgrade Objectives met?
