Single Current Loop E Single Current Loop II

... Single Current Loop II A current loop is a circuit with any number of elements in it that are connected so that current can flow around the loop. We compute such a loop by looking at the voltages across the devices, the sum of all these voltages has to add up to zero. Circuit Rules: Loop Rule: The s ...

... Including R1 in the feedback loop decreases the value of resistor needed for a particular output impedance reducing cost and power dissipation. For example, with a 6V gelled electrolyte battery the regulator can be set to give a 6.9V output. Nominally, the battery is discharged to about 5V, making R ...

... Our output voltage of the temperature sensor is about 3 V. If the amplification is 4 times, the output voltage will be 12 V. If the amplification is too high (i.e. 6) the output voltage will be too high and the amplifier will saturate. a) Connect the power supply wires as indicated in figure 2 and m ...

... of the 100 W bulb being brighter is that such a bulb is brighter than a 40 W bulb when used at home. We could also argue that the bulbs are equally bright because they are in series, and therefore have the same current. Current source

A current source is an electronic circuit that delivers or absorbs an electric current which is independent of the voltage across it.A current source is the dual of a voltage source. The term constant-current 'sink' is sometimes used for sources fed from a negative voltage supply. Figure 1 shows the schematic symbol for an ideal current source, driving a resistor load. There are two types - an independent current source (or sink) delivers a constant current. A dependent current source delivers a current which is proportional to some other voltage or current in the circuit.
