The LM3900 A New Current-Differencing Quad of Plus or Minus

... 2.0 Introduction to Applications of the LM3900 Like the standard IC op amp, the LM3900 has a wide range of applications. A new approach must be taken to design circuits with this ‘‘Norton’’ amplifier and the object of this note is to present a variety of useful circuits to indicate how conventional ...

... In actuality, a reverse biased diode will conduct a small current of about 10μA, and a forward biased diode will not start conducting current until the potential across it reaches about 0.6V. This is referred to as the turn-on voltage. When applying an AC voltage to a diode, the diode will be forwa ...

... •When the NOR gate output is HIGH, the output bin behaves as a current source since IOH flows out of the driver gate and into the set of driven gates. The current IOH equals the sum of all input currents indicated by IIH, flowing into the driven gates. In other words, IOH = Sum of IIH. •When the NOR ...

Radio transmitter design

A radio transmitter is an electronic device which, when connected to an antenna, produces an electromagnetic signal such as in radio and television broadcasting, two way communications or radar. Heating devices, such as a microwave oven, although of similar design, are not usually called transmitters, in that they use the electromagnetic energy locally rather than transmitting it to another location.
