This is so it will be out of the stomach before the hydrochloric acid is produced in the stomach. I like to empty out the capsule and put it in water or just buy the powder, this way it leaves the stomach faster. ESSENTIAL OREGANO Oil: Take _2 to 5_ drops _3 to 6 times a day after meals for 2 weeks. Then reduce to 1 to 2 times a day as you are doing better. (Mixture: 1part Oregano diluted with 4 parts Olive Oil) Drink lots of fluids!!! 4 to 6 quarts a day of teas, soup, juices and water. HERB TEAS: These herb teas are good for lung congestion: Cherry Bark, Licorice, Astragalus, Pleurisy root These herbs teas are good for the immune system: Echinacea, Ginger, Raspberry, Mullein, Myrrh, Yarrow, Sage Use some or all of the herbs above or below: Drink __2 to 4_ cups a day. Directions: Use _1/2 tsp of each herb for _1 to 3_ cups of tea to be made. Bring the water to a boil Then put the herbs into the water and simmer roots for 15_ min or steep leaves for 3 to 5 min BEVERAGES: WATER - Reverse Osmosis water is best. Cook by; Soup, Stew of Only vegetables and broth Use vegetable broth or organic or natural chicken stock to make Soup, Stew and only eat this for each meal After 3 days you can have Stir-fry, Steamed, Casserole, or Bake. Dark Greens: bok choy, dandelion, kale, collard, beet, mustard, chard & spinach Stalk: broccoli, celery, leeks, asparagus, green beans, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage Root: carrots, dandelion, burdock, onions, parsnips, rutabagas, turnips, radishes, beets Spices: cinnamon, cilantro, chives, ginger, garlic, oregano, thyme, basil Salts: very good quality sea salt is important, tamari, miso Use in Small amounts & it’s best to cook into the food. The less you eat the quicker you will get better. It is a sudden change in the acid/alkaline balance which is the cause. WHOLE GRAIN & Starches Avoid After 3 days you can use some brown rice or barley or oatmeal in soup PROTEINS: Avoid meats, chicken, fish, nuts, seeds, dairy, eggs Use only Vegetable & Chicken broth for soup stock FRUITS: Avoid all now Lemon & lime and grapefruit are ok in tea and if warm. Very Important to empty the bowels!!! One of the most important reasons the lungs get congested is the intestines are backed up and need to be emptied. 1) So take a series of enemas or get a colonic to speed up the process. Especially if you have a fever! Other things you can do to increase the eliminations are: 2) Eat large amounts of slightly cooked kale or collard greens or juice any dark greens but you may want to make the juice with ½ carrot which makes it easier to swallow. This is one of the quickest alkalizing things you can take. 3) Another thing is to take 1 to 2 pints of grapefruit juice and 1 of tablespoon of Concentrace sea water per pint 4) Use a nutty pot with warm salt water to clean the sinuses. Some Stevia is ok Sweets: candies, cookies, cakes, ice cream, fruit yogurt, fruit rollups, jams & jelly, Jell-O & puddings ANIMAL FOODS: All dairy products: Milk, cheeses, butter, cream, sour cream, ice cream, kefir & yogurt Beef, pork, lamb, wild game, fowl, fish, sea food, eggs, small amount chicken, turkey for broth & meat in soups STIMULANTS & ALCOHOL: Caffeine – coffee, black & green teas Beer, wine and liquor Teas like: Lipton, morning thunder, garrana, matte’, black Mountain, Earl Gray, Kali Tea, Green tea Chocolate, cocoa, cola drinks, Energy drinks, No Doze, Excedrin, cocaine, amphetamines SAUCES: ketchup, most dressings & sauces like Worcestershire, Chinese plumb, teriyaki or sweet & sour Most sauces have MSG in them if they say: Hydrolyzed - Textruized vegetable proteins = HVP OR TVP CHEMICALS & DRUGS: Preservatives, Flavor agents, MSG is in all hydrolyzed vegetable proteins or HVP, TVP, Glutamic Acid, Glutamate, Autolyzed Yeast, Casein or Caseinate & most commercial soup, broth & sauces. GMO or GMF = genetically modified organisms or foods: Soy, corn & sugar beets and canola & cotton seed oils HRT, HGH Growth Hormones, Steroids & Antibiotics; they are put in milk and given to animals; also know as Endocrine Disrupters and will have a very bad effect on the immune system and promote excessive cell growth. Avoid most vitamins and pills if called health products. All over the counter medications especially Tylenol Instead of Birth Control Hormones use a Diaphragm or a Condom REFINED GRAINS, SNCACK FOODS & YEAST CONTAINING FOODS: All Wheat flour products unless it says whole wheat: white flour, unbleached, cracked wheat, most bread, pasta, pizza crust, pretzels, cereals, crackers, cakes, doughnuts & cookies. Baking, nutritional & brewer’s Yeasts. Corn products unless organic FATS, REFINED OILS, AND FRIED FOODS: Hydrogenated oils, shortening, lard, oleo & margarine, Bacon grease & refined oils especially Canola oil, Soybean oil, Coconut & Olive oil are good Deep fried foods like French fries, onion rings, nuts, corn & potato chips, tempuras, chicken & fish other fatty foods like hamburgers, hot dogs, luncheon meats, sausage and bacon BEANS & LEGUMES: All dry beans especially soybeans, lentils, peas & lima beans. Snow peas and green beans COOLING & SPICY FOODS: Night Shade Vegetables such as: tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, peppers & chilies Also avoid these; hot sauces, salsas, red curry, ketchup & spaghetti sauce. SOY FOODS: All soy foods: Soymilk, Soybean oil, okra, soy flower & breads, edamame (raw soybeans in the pod) Some fermented organic soy foods like: Miso, Tamari, Tempeh, Natto only have some tofu occasionally IMPROPERLY COOKED FOODS: Steamed foods are poor if you have a lot of phlegm. Don’t have foods too cold or have leftovers more than a day old as they may develop mold or bacteria in them. GENERALLY AVOID: STRESSES: Over doing things like: exercising, working, eating, worrying, thinking & saying up too late at night. Avoid drafty rooms and getting chilled and Cold feet – wear shoes & socks. prevent chilling from wet hair on your neck and ears – keep warm & dry and get sunlight & exercise. Read the labels and if you see words or names you cannot pronounce, it is not good for you. 2 This is special information to help the immune system Beneficial Intestinal Bacteria It is said that the “Nutrient Qi sponsors the Immune Qi”. The better you can digest food and have it mix well with the good bacteria, the better the intestines will grow good bacteria. The good bacteria, provides beneficial byproducts the body needs: Hydrogen peroxide, B vitamins, also breaks down food so enzymes can transform it into nutrients that can then be absorbed. Also, waste is bulked up so eliminations will be more regular. There is a beneficial bacterial condition on the external membranes of the body which is the critical factor in one’s health. Like in compost these bacteria break foods down into recyclable nutrients. Your intestine does this for you so nutrients are in a state that will enable the body’s enzymes to change the nutrients to be able to enter your blood. You have, so to speak, a yogurt factory in your intestine. This bacterium provides you with a defense from other things growing in you that are not healthy for you. One main byproduct of the bacteria growing is a waste called Hydrogen peroxide which, when in contact with anaerobic bacteria, will kill the bad bacteria as well as molds, yeasts and funguses. Processed foods and chemicals will kill these good bacteria. All around the world humans have always had some form of bacteria they’ve eaten regularly to maintain health: buttermilk, yogurt, kefir, miso, tamari, sauerkraut, pickles, Kim Chi, rejouvilac etc. It is said that every culture has its culture. There are multiple optimal factors that help this bacterium to grow: Time = 12 hours Temperature = 98.6 PH 7.4 = vegetables for bulk Glucose = whole grains Darkness = intestine has no light Bacteria = acidophilus or some form of culture Chime = well chewed food Sunlight & Vitamin D: Your best health is when you have a good reservoir of regular Vit D3 stored in the liver so to make the super Vit 1.25 D in the kidneys which helps the immune system prevent rapid cell growth i.e. cancer. To get this reservoir filled up you will need to expose as much of your body as you will to sunlight for about 20 to 40 minutes, 4 times a week is a good rule of thumb. The important factor is not to get too red or burned. As you tan you will need more time to get an ample amt of sun to produce Vit D3. This way you will store enough in the liver so to have it ready for your use as needed. You can store it for up to 25 days. There is a complicated formula but this will do for now. Do not use soap for 2 days when you shower as this will wash off the oil which has the Vit D3. Don’t use sunscreen Chemistry is an assault on Biology! We have entered into a time where the prevailing thought is Chemistry & Mathematics will fix everything. When you add chemicals to the food or process it, there is an inability for biology to adapt. This will cause an imbalance which will alter the natural state of life, “biology”. Over time, imbalance accumulates to create a dyeing organism. Just having the right numbers on a blood test may not create a healthy person. Biological life will be able to continue if left to the simple laws of nature. So the less you do to your food chain, the more likely you will have a simple form of health and, it will not take a dramatic intervention to rebalance your health. “You can not remedy lifestyle” In other words you cannot take a remedy and overcome a bad life style. It takes a whole food diet, exercise and rest to keep the biology in balance.
