An Officer arrested a non-student for driving while intoxicated, possession of
a controlled substance (hydrocodone and marijuana-dabs), and possession of a
dangerous drug following a traffic stop, which occurred in the 2400 block of
Broadway Avenue. A non-student passenger was also arrested for public
intoxication. Both non-students were transported to the Lubbock County Jail.
The vehicle was impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Service. See offense report
# 15-0997.
