• Many lesions of genital and non-genital skin can
look alike.
• Some clues are acute versus chronic,
distribution, symmetry and possible
involvement of other sites(mouth, eyes).
• “If in doubt, cut it out”. A small biopsy can go a
long way to a quick diagnosis and early
treatment.
