The Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005
Screening Determination under Section 8 (1)
Dundee City Council intends to prepare the Strategic Housing Investment
Plan 2011-2016. In accordance with Section 8(1) of the Environmental
Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, Dundee City Council has determined, in
agreement with the Consultation Authorities, that the Strategic Housing
Investment Plan 2011-2016 does not require a Strategic Environmental
Assessment as set out in the Act.
By virtue of Section 10(2) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act
2005, a copy of the determination notice is hereby publicised. A copy of the
determination and any related statement of reasons, are available at Floor 2,
Tayside House, 28 Crichton Street Dundee for inspection by the public at all
reasonable
times,
and
available
on
the
Council
website
(www.dundeecity.gov.uk).
