Measurement of binocular distance. Both eyes should have the same diameter, and the measurement is obtained from the interface between the globe
and the orbit on either side. The interocular diameter (IOD) is the distance between the medial border of one orbit and the medial border of the opposite
side (A); the binocular diameter (BOD) is the distance between the lateral border of one orbit and the lateral border of the opposite side (B).
