Most of the retinal diseases end up with permanent blindness. The cause of these retinal
diseases come from imbalance of intra-ocular blood flow whether from inadequate
arterial inflow or may be from impeding venous outflow.
The examples diseases from inadequate arterial inflow
1. Glaucoma
2. Retinitis pigmentosa and most of the retinal dystrophy
3. Ischemic optic neuropathy and optic atrophy
4. Diabetic retinopathy
5. Central and Branch retinal artery occlusion
