calculation experiment (Table 1). Wells A1-A3, B1-B3, C1-C3 and D1-D3 contained
controls in triplicates: no template control (NTC, reaction mix without DNA template), wildtype plant 12 (WT 12) and two negative control plants that went through the transformation
process but did not contain the transgene (A340-5-1, A340-5-2). The remaining wells
contained the samples as listed in Table 1 in triplicates. All six wells representing one line
(three replicates for one plant, two plants for each line) are placed adjacent to each other. Line
A475-1 has not been included into copy number analysis because of ambiguos segregation
analysis and is left out from Table 1 and Additional File 1. The designation UNKN is added by
SDS 7700 software and is not relevant.
