Breeding rights are an additional $500.00, due at pick up. The deposit will be forfeited for (1) Purchaser’s failure to adhere to the “agreed upon” pick up date, or (2) Purchaser canceling the transaction. SullivanBlu 830.660.2745 Persian and Himalayan Kittens Purchase Agreement CONDITIONS OF SALE: At the time of pick up, the breeder guarantees the kitten’s good health: this includes: (1) a clean cattery, (2) no outdoor exposure, (3) premium cat foods and (4) regular veterinarian health checks, including a worming and shot schedule. The kitten is a healthy kitten free of internal/external parasites and all infectious disease or congenital defects. Purchaser must have the kitten checked by a veterinarian within three (3) working days from the date of pick-up. At that time of the visit, if the veterinarian finds an unacceptable health issue with the kitten purchased, the kitten will be exchanged for another kitten (when available from the breeder) of equal value. The veterinarian must provide a letter verifying the illness or produce autopsy results, if necessary. Breeder is responsible only if the kitten’s health has been compromised at the cattery. The kitten has a One-Year Health Guarantee that covers congenital defects or death by natural causes. The kitten is guaranteed for one year from the time of pick up. If the kitten dies during the first year due to a genetic defect (confirmed by the veterinarian), the seller will replace the kitten (when available from the breeder) with another kitten of equal value. The kitten will be replaced when one is available upon submission of a complete necropsy report including results of blood work, tissue samples, etc. (a visual autopsy is not acceptable) with a signed veterinarian statement on the description of the symptoms. This will be viewed by the breeder’s veterinarian. Breeding rights must be purchased. Most kittens are sold at pet prices.
