• Label 36 of 55 structures from the major systems: Musculoskeletal,
Digestive, Circulatory, Reproductive and Urinary, Respiratory,
Endocrine and Nervous, Integumentary
• Define or describe 24 of the labeled structures
• Identify Stomach, Cloaca, Glottis, Liver, Pancreas, Small intestine,
Gallbladder, Heart, Trachea, Lungs, Internal nares, Testis/ Ovaries and
Oviducts, Kidney, Fat bodies, Bladder, and Spleen
• Draw a dissected frog, lizard, and turtle/snake
• Collect and discuss data addressing intraspecific variation in amphibians
• Compare function of structures within major systems between and within
amphibian species, between amphibians and non-herps, between reptile
species, between amphibians and reptiles, and between turtle species.
